Arrivante (Registered trademark) is the transfer booking platform, provided at www.arrivante.com (Website) and operated by Arrivante LTD (48 Charlotte St, London W1T 2NS, United Kingdom).
1. Booking
All bookings, made on the www.arrivante.com or any other website operated by Arrivante, will be accepted and allocated to a transportation provider by Arrivante. You should be aware that the transportation provider to which your booking is allocated and who provides the transportation services is licensed in an area where the booking is requested or the transportation services are provided.

Arrivante shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services, even if Arrivante has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Arrivante shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of: (i) your use of or reliance on the services or your inability to access or use the services; or (ii) any transaction or relationship between you and any third party provider, even if Arrivante has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Arrivante shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond Arrivante's reasonable control. In no event shall Arrivante's total liability to you in connection with the services for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed one hundred euros (€100).
Arrivante's services may be used by you to request and schedule transportation with third party providers, but you agree that Arrivante has no responsibility or liability to you related to any transportation services provided to you by third party providers other than as expressly set forth in these terms.
The limitations and disclaimer in this section do not purport to limit liability or alter your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Arrivante Miles
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

You should be aware that the transportation provider to which your booking is allocated and who provides the transportation services is licensed in an area where the booking is requested or the transportation services are provided.
2. Payment
The booking allocation provided by Arrivante LTD to you is free. The rates that apply for the transportation services provided by the transportation provider are final and include all legal taxes. These may be modified or updated occasionally. It is your responsibility to remain informed about the current rates for the transportation services.
Occasionally, Arrivante may require a VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS credit or debit card to guarantee your transfer reservation. No funds will be taken during booking. All due payments will be debited on the day before your travel. You are entirely responsible for having enough funds in your account to be debited for your transportation services.
Arrivante may or may not accept bookings with payment in cash option.
3. Cancellation
Booking cancellations must be made by contacting Arrivante customer service over the phone or email. If a booking cancellation notice is received 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no payment will be taken from your credit card, used to guarantee the booking.
When you request a change to your booking which involves transportation to a different destination or vehicle than that specified in your initial booking, this may cause additional charges.

6. Arrivante Miles
The customer loyalty programme, Arrivante Miles, rewards your loyalty as a customer. Arrivante Miles allows members to earn points from or redeem points with Arrivante. The basis of calculation for the Arrivante Miles programme are points that are credited to the participant's account.
Members may redeem their points when their account has a sufficient balance. The conversion and payment of points into cash is not possible. Arrivante Miles account cannot be transferred to a third party. Members can earn points after membership commences. Points can only be credited to the member's individual account for services the member personally used.
An individual membership account number will be assigned to each member. An Arrivante Miles plastic card will be issued and sent to a member after their first booking with Arrivante.
To redeem your Arrivante Miles reward points, visit www.arrivante.com or any other website operated by Arrivante, search and book transfer services, providing your mobile phone number used to enroll with Arrivante Miles programme. Confirm your request via SMS verification and collected points will be deducted from your booking cost.
Arrivante reserves the right to discontinue the Arrivante Miles programme at any time.
7. Privacy Policy
We may use the information we collect from you when you make a purchase to quickly process your transactions. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
